Vincent Manzini is a 30-year-old award winning entrepreneur, founder and MD of Ikapalive and Blank Kanvas, a full service marketing and communication agency. Blank Kanvas enables clients to understand and access South Africa’s emerging urban markets and its clients include the City of Cape Town, Glen Grant, Red Bull, The Raymond Ackerman Academy and Distell. Blank Kanvas is a member of the ISI Group, a South African, majority Black female owned group of companies.
Vincent is also a DJ who has worked with many artists including Skrillex, Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Fistaz Mixwell, DJ Tira, Dino Moran and Vinni Da Vinci. He is an ambassador for Bridges for Music UK, which uses electronic music to inspire people and enhance opportunities in disadvantaged areas across the world.
Born and bred in the township of Khayelitsha in Cape Town, South Africa, Vincent Manzini was awarded the Best Business Plan Award at the Raymond Ackerman Academy (RAA) and was named as a Glenfiddich Maverick for 2015. As a serial entrepreneur, Vincent also founded Jump Star Entertainment at age 24 which was grossing over R1million. In 2013 he was named as one of Khayelitsha’s 30 official ambassadors who have helped shape Khayelitsha into a thriving community.
Vincent has qualifications from CPUT, the AAA School of Advertising, the RAA at University of Cape Town and the Louis Group Business Academy through the University of Stellenbosch.
