Extreme circumstances have pushed difficult and needed conversations around Race to the forefront. In honor of SG Women, we'll be highlighting a successful black business owner, Stephanie Barneburg, to share her experience in growing a business. Stephanie was recently featured covering much of this topic on a black business panel for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, called "The Black Experience." Many in attendance were in demand for a part 2, so we decided to elevate this talk by giving a platform to a strong local woman of color to educate and enlighten us. Many challenges come with starting a business, and a separate set of challenges arise with being a woman, and a black woman at that. We hope you'll join us for this amazing talk to be educated, informed, and take action to make a difference in the lives of many women of color.
