He began his entrepreneurial journey in Silicon Valley as the founder of INBOX Marketing, which became Responsys’ first acquisition—fueling an IPO and a $1.6B exit to Oracle. Barry later built and scaled a Strategy & Innovation business at Acxiom (NYSE) from $0 to over $300M in ARR, culminating in a $2.3B all-cash exit to IPG. He also co-founded 1heart, which evolved from a startup studio into a human accelerator focused on elevating leaders’ lives and work.
