Jess Patterson is scaling the Co-Op nationwide one frose and Instagram post at a time.

After a successful and stress-inducing career in finance, Jess decided it was time for a change. What started as a local sandwich shop has become a national mecca that all passing tourists and locals must visit several times a year.

Come out and hear what it took to make the Co-op what it is today. From changing the branding and introducing frose, to surviving and thriving through COVID, to scaling to 10+ stores in a year - we’re going to cover it all.
