Nia Lewis is a business coach, educator, and podcast host who empowers women of color to build sustainable, scalable businesses while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.

Some of the most influential businesses in the United States are owned by women of color, however, these women continue to face obstacles that limit their success and growth, such as limited access to capitol, race and gender bias, or discouragement as a minority in White male dominated industries. Nia's purpose in life is to change this narrative and improve the entrepreneurial experience for women of color.

To do this, she created a platform to magnify the voices of women of color in business and provide educational resources. In 2018, Nia founded The Solopreneur Hustle, the only podcast dedicated to empowering women of color to build sustainable businesses designed for growth. Much like Startup Grind, the guests she hosts create opportunities for other entrepreneurs and solopreneurs to connect and learn from each other. 

Nia is also the CEO of With Purpose Continuing Education where she provides board-approved continuing education for cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail techs in South Carolina.
