Belinda Hare is the Founder and COO of Launchpeer—one part accelerator, one part creative agency, that helps build, launch and scale tech startups. With over 200 startups under her belt from 7 countries around the world, Belinda knows how to navigate the challenges of building and growing a new company. While at Launchpeer, she has overseen operations as it’s grown from 3 to 18 employees with consistent ~200% month over month growth during the last 12 months. She is also an experienced developer who has worked with worldwide brands such as Laura Ashley, Burt’s Bees and Gildan. Belinda will tell stories of her own entrepreneurial journey, including failure, 2nd jobs, conscious business growth & more. And if there's one thing we know about Belinda, she will always tell it like it is.
