Michael Barbera is a CEO, strategy consultant, angel investor and award-winning business plan writer.

As a consultant, Michael maintains a 98 percent customer satisfaction rate and more than 93 percent of his business strategies have been funded by private equity. Companies he has consulted for can be found on two continents and the Fortune 500 list. Michael’s education consists of a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Trident University, an EBV graduate from Purdue University and currently a Ph.D. candidate in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 

Michael is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for Athcorp and an Angel Investor for numerous companies including DealFlicks, LushBus, Jaydential and more. He has also been nominated for numerous awards including Citi Salutes Business Plan Finalist and a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. 

Michael served almost 15 years in the US Army as a Special Project Manager. He currently volunteers some of his time as a Small business and entrepreneurship mentor for Washington Cash.
