It's baaaaack! Startup Grind Chicago is proud to bring you the 7th annual Summer Launch Party, featuring THE most unique pitch competition you've ever seen.

This year we're partnering with the Illinois Science & Technology Coalition and mHub. So come on out to mHub and celebrate yourself and your community for hustling, grinding, and doing the damn thing.

It's a night of great drinks, great community vibes, and the world's greatest pitch competition.

Here's how the pitch competition works:

• We're selecting up to 8 startups to pitch on stage at mHUB for a shot at winning a $3k cash prize.
• Everyone who attends gets handed $1,000 of fake money at the door.
• Each startup gets 3 minutes to pitch with NO slides, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A from our judges panel.
• After all the startups have pitched, the founders have 10 minutes to go into the crowd and try to secure YOUR 'investment'! You decide how you'd like to dole out your $1k of fake money. Whoever has 'raised' the most money after the 10-minute scramble is declared the winner!
• The winning startup takes home a $3,000 equity-free REAL cash prize courtesy of Startup Hypeman's GOAT To Market Pitch Fund!
