Kayne Grau is the Chief Executive Officer of DRIVIN. In this role, he oversees the company’s strategic direction and rapid growth, including the product, sales, and marketing divisions. He is focused on building a product that drives real value in the automotive industry and a culture that is motivating, empowering and exciting.

Prior to DRIVIN, Kayne served as the CEO of Music Dealers, LLC. Under his direction, the company increased revenues by 250 percent Year Over Year, decreased expenses by half, dramatically increased both the number of clients and artists and realigned the company for continued future growth. He currently resides on the board of Music Dealers.

Kayne has more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership positions, with a focus in the online space. He has led the technology and innovation strategies for several leading companies, including Apartments.com, Cars.com, eToys, Allstate and Mondial. He is a mentor for The Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership, a 2012 CIO Magazine “Ones to Watch” award winner and a serial networker. He is a graduate of National Louis University.
