Works in Progress is a product and GTM clinic where founders share what they’re building, where they’re stuck, and get real feedback from practitioners who are figuring it out too.

Building a company means living with a lot of unfinished thinking. Questions about product direction and go-to-market approach don’t always have clean answers. Sometimes, the best way to work through them is saying them out loud to the right people and asking for help.
That’s what Works in Progress is for.
The event opens with Sid Khaitan, Brittany Canty, and Juanda Garrido — founders of Milan, Inciteful, and Pueblo, with backgrounds spanning product marketing, product management, and engineering — each sharing what they’re currently building and where they’re stuck. Then three to four founders from the community do the same.
The format is simple: five minutes to share. Five minutes of host feedback. Ten minutes from the room.
The focus is product and go-to-market — the decisions that help you figure out what to do next.
