Keith is the Founder and CEO for Petbrosia, Inc, a start-up company poised to revolutionize how people care for their pets.
Through June 2012, Keith Johnson was the Marketing and Business Team Leader for P&G’s NA Professional business unit, which shined as the fastest growing division of P&G. As acting “COO” of the $500M business with 200+ personnel, he was responsible for all functional activities to support current business operations and assuring a glide-path of growth.
Keith was the Global Brand Manager for the $1.5B IAMS business from 2008-2010. In that role, he led the first major product upgrade and global commercialization since P&G bought the brand in 1999, resulting in the first years of volume, revenue, and profit growth since 2005.
Keith joined the Procter & Gamble Company in 1994 and has worked on consumer brands, such as Tide®, Dawn®, Always®, Tampax®, and IAMS®. He has had various functional roles while with P&G, including engineering, program management, initiative success, and brand management. He has had operational assignments around the world, including Italy and Japan. Before P&G, Keith worked at DuPont as a mechanical engineer. In 2011, he received an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Finance. Keith graduated with High Honors from Purdue University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
