Shashank serves as Co-Founder / CEO of VNDLY, a next gen VMS platform helping organizations run an efficient contingent workforce program using Machine Learning and AI. Soon after launching, he raised $3MM in seed venture capital. Prior to VNDLY, Shashank served as Corporate Strategy lead at The Kroger Co. He is a mentor at The Brandery and Kroger’s liaison to Cintrifuse (syndicate venture fund).

Recently securing $3MM in seed venture capital, VNDLY is a next gen Vendor Management System (VMS) platform helping organizations run an efficient contingent workforce program using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Shashank will share about his journey from corporate leadership at Kroger and mentoring startups to planning, launching and funding VNDLY. Prior to VNDLY, Shashank served as the Corporate Strategy lead at The Kroger Co. After joining Kroger in 2012, he served in various leadership roles driving digital innovation in leading Digital and eCommerce, Partnerships and New Business Development before subsequently shifting to Corporate Strategy. He is also a former adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati, Lindner College of Business where he taught Digital and emerging channels marketing.
In addition to leading VNDLY, Shashank currently serves as a mentor at The Brandery and Kroger’s liaison to Cintrifuse (syndicate venture fund). He also serves on the Lindner MBA advisory board at University of Cincinnati.
