Startup Grind Dar Es Salaam is a chapter of the global community of entrepreneurs with the aim to inspire, connect and education the Youth. Startup Grind Dar es Salaam hosts entrepreneurs or innovators in tech, education or sustainable development to learn from their entrepreneurial journey.
Given is a social entrepreneur working to make learning content easier to access, understand and use. His two ventures are MyElimu and Mtabe.
MyElimu connects secondary school students and makes learning content easier for them to understand through peer discussions and interactive videos.
Mtabe, on the other hand, provides offline e-learning to secondary school students who do not have smart phones or internet access.
Given is a Queen’s Young Leaders Award receiver and a Royal Commonwealth Associate Fellow.
