Senthil head the business unit and product for Freshworks HRM Suite. He was also directly responsible for scaling HR during Freshwork's scale-up journey from 300 employees to 1500 employees and was driving in multiple scale-up initiatives during Freshworks fast growth.
Senthil head the business unit and product for Freshworks HRM Suite. He was also directly responsible for scaling HR during Freshwork's scale-up journey from 300 employees to 1500 employees and was driving in multiple scale-up initiatives during Freshworks fast growth. Senthil joined Freshwork's leadership team when his startup, Frilp got acquired by Freshworks in 2015. He is a seasoned product and business leader and spent the last 13 years across 3 startup journeys building different software products and business teams. He was also part of Stanford University's Rajiv Motwani young entrepreneur fellowship.
