Ken realized that many small to medium-sized businesses in the metro Detroit area often lack what IT resources larger companies have at their disposal. He also observed that when these smaller businesses did have abundant IT resources, often inefficiencies in network design, infrastructure and even workstation configurations were costing an unnecessary amount of time and money.
