Arif Nezami is a young community leader, angel investor and startup evangelist in Bangladesh. Arif started his journey as a tech blogger and student partner of Microsoft Bangladesh in 2009. Later Arif took the leadership of the Google Developer Group as manager in 2011 and till date organised 500+ events in 35 districts and 7 divisions of the country to spread the spirit of coding and innovation thinking.

This 26 year old community leader gave talks on entrepreneurship and innovation in 2 (two) TEDx in Dhaka, 2 (two) Google Developer Summits in Google HQ, USA, participated in International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by U.S. Department of State and organised 4 major national level Hackathons.

Previously, Arif created a massive impact on the tech scene as the founder director of Startup Grind Dhaka, co-organiser of Startup Cup Bangladesh, lead of the Seedstars Dhaka chapter. He has also triumphed as “Top 10 Entrepreneurs of Bangladesh 2013” by SD Asia and Dhaka Tribune, “Top 7 Startups from Bangladesh 2014” by Tech in Asia, “Top 10 Influential Tech Professionals of 2015” by HiFi Public. Arif Nezami is the Chair, Global YouthFest and CEO at PreneurLab.
