Emma Kabali is a Telecommunication Engineer, an entrepreneur, feminist and an aspirant of young women empowerment. She is the Founder of Women and Electronics in Tanzania (WOET) NGO, a member of African Women Leaders Network (AWLN) – Tanzania chapter and an Award winner- Founder of the Year Award - TechPreneur of the Year Under 30 East Africa; 2020. Emma’s vision is to empower, inspire and bring awareness to young girls and women in STEM and Entrepreneurship, by facilitating them to engage themselves in productive activities and implement their innovative ideas through the organization she has founded. With her three years commitment working in her organization, she has been very successful in amplifying the women in science and technology through THE VOICE PROJECT. This project has aided numerous hidden women role models in STEM be acknowledged and some have received awards for their contribution in STEM in Tanzania just after being amplified by The VOICE Project.
