He is a former VP of Product at NewBay Software, which rewrote the rulebook for the Mobile Operator market with social mobile web applications. During his tenure, NewBay launched 5 product lines, built their user-base to over 10 million and were deployed in 4 continents with world leading mobile network operators. Before NewBay, Caelen led the marketing of Baltimore Technology's flagship product, formulating and delivering marketing strategies targeted at geographic and vertical markets, growing revenue from under $1million to over $40m. He is a coffee-dependent dad of three, and an avid rock climber.
