About Paul: Paul is an Irish entrepreneur with a good foresight for innovative ideas and a strong ability to make things happen. Paul has a BA (Hons) from WIT and progressed to become public relations manager at Hotsip AB (Sweden) before it was sold to Oracle in 2005. Thereafter he co-founded Wastepal Ltd which was sold to Greenstar in 2014. At the same time he started WIS which is today one of the leading waste management software and hardware providers in the world. In 2020 Paul stepped down as CEO at WIS to start Katch which he aims will be the dating service that changes everything for singletons around the world. About Katch: Katch is the video dating service that will change the way people find love. Katch’s innovative video dating app with its personality matching algorithm and virtual mingling services aims to disrupt the swiping culture with matchmaking that works for all.
