About Dee:

Dee is a 3x COO, having spent 10 years with scaling B2B SaaS businesses (Masabi, Bizimply & Axonista). In her time as a COO with responsibility for fundraising, she raised a total of €12m, and oversaw scaling of teams from 5-50, experiencing first-hand the operational challenges of hiring employees in new countries. In 2019 she embarked on her own startup journey with Boundless, a cloud-based platform that removes the barriers to growing teams internationally.
