Mr. Xoko has great business acumen coupled with his “on the job” experience that has contributed to his successes in establishing and growing key ICT channels and projects. With his knowledge of the ICT business, he successfully grew Cisco’s SME business in Europe. In addition to previously running other ICT organizations, he now is the General Manager of the SME Division for MTN.
Lindile Xoko (MBA) has a wealth of leadership experience with a very successful track record in the roles of strategy, channel development & management, transformation and business development with a number of prestigious local and international organisations.
Lindile has completed his MBA with Merit from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
Having a great business acumen coupled with his “on the job” experiences has contributed to his successes in establishing and growing key ICT channels and projects.
As a LEAN practitioner he also a track record for operational efficiency.
With regards to knowledge of the ICT business, Lindile successfully grew Cisco’s SME business in Europe having looked after that business across seven countries, namely: UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Netherlands and Germany, as a Programme Manager for the Small & Medium Business Solutions Specialists. He has also run a successful medium size ICT organisation in the Western Cape and now he is the General Manager of the SME Division for MTN. ‘
