And career advancement is the most important aspect of a job for millennials. According to research more than half (52%) say it's more important than a competitive salary.

Sandisiwe "Sandi" Mbutuma is recognized for her extensive knowledge in the commercial building, facilities management, and special training in empowerment auditing
Sandisiwe "Sandi" Mbutuma is recognized for her extensive knowledge in the commercial building, facilities management, and special training in empowerment auditing. She matriculated from Cambridge High School and studied Building, later furthering her studies from Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying to Programme in Management Development from the Gordon Institute of Business School. She started her career in 1999 as a trainee at BWR (Bathuleng Wallace Raubenheimer) where she gained training in commercial building projects.
She progressed in her career serving as a quantity surveyor in commercial building projects. Her career took off and she was offered an opportunity to conduct technical audits countrywide with Telkom's team of auditors. She later joined Brian Heineberg and Associates in 2005 where she worked on prestigious projects of Maia Luxury Resort in Seychelles and completed commercial projects within Gauteng gaining herself an associateship position at Brian Heineberg & Associates and a Partner of Brian Heineberg & Partners. In 2011, she joined Pentad Quantity Surveyors as an Executive Director and Shareholder also serving the firm's BEE portfolio as a chair. It was in 2015, that Sandisiwe started her firm called Azzaro Quantity Surveyors which is 67% black female-controlled and managed.
With her expertise and knowledge sort after, she is a Board member of First National Bank Advisory Board - SMME as well as Board member of the Property Charter Council (www.propertycharter.co.za), Board member of the Women Economic Advisory Council (WEAC, Exco member of the Government Liason Committee for SAPOA, Member of the South African Council for Quantity Surveyors Profession, Member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (MAQS), Member of the Business Woman Association South Africa (BWASA) and Member of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) to name a few.
If that is not enough, she recently landed a new role as Managing Director of SVA International, one of the largest architectural firms in Africa, a subsidiary of the Gibb Group of Companies.
Sandisiwe's success is based on her tenacity and almost exclusively on positive referrals.
She has earned the respect of her colleagues by working tirelessly and by always offering them candid advice.
In recognition of the work she has done thus far, Sandisiwe has won Winner of Young Executive under 35years for the BBQ Awards in 2014, Winner of Top Business Young Achiever under in 35years old in 2013 and National Recipient of the Rising Star Awards – Women Property Network 2010 and Recognition Awards for Outstanding Achievements in Property – Sanlam/WPN Awards in 2010 and 2013 respectively.
