Kipsaro Arap Boit is the founder Young Leaders Movement-Kenya whose mandate is not only to get young people to participate but also shape the Kenya's leadership. Young Leaders Movement-Kenya pushes for a great future of sober minded young leaders coming together for a common goal. He was also chairman Moi University Students’ Organization. Kipsaro is a leader who has served in different capacities and fronts. He is a facilitator at Digital Opportunity Trust Kenya.He was elected as a representative in the County Board in the Yes Youth Can Programme funded by USAID through Mercy Corps. He managed to mobilise youth from his constituency to benefit from the economic grants and has since changed their lives. He is also the founding Chairman of Nandi Youth Sacco that offers the Youth of Nandi County loans with the least interest rates. This has significantly empowered the youth economically.
