Ratib Musa, popularly known DJ TIBZ was born and bred in Kericho. He later moved in Nairobi to chase after his dream. He loved Music and wanted to be a DJ.

His dream however caused him to be chased from his Nairobi home. He went back to Kericho. He worked as a DJ for 2 years without pay, and when he got paid, his first salary was Ksh 2000.

DJ Tibz is the founder of Hits Republic, a popular DJ Unit that also deals with Hits Republic apparel which has taken Eldoret town by storm. He is a Creative Entrepreneur who takes pride in his great event curation skills and the formation of a DJ Unit that has quickly become a household name.
