Emma holds a Bachelor degree in International Business from the “Universidad Autonoma de Baja California” has more than 5 years experience in project management, event organization, marketing and public relations. In late 2012 Emma joined Angel Ventures Mexico, as the Public Relations Director, where she developed "Angel Investor" a digital magazine led to a network of over 20,000 contacts in Latin America. In June 2014 she became a partner in HUB STN, the first binational co-working space that integrates technology and culture synergistically to develop ideas and economics. She is an advisor to “Mujer Pyme” and “Tijuana Innovadora” high impact events in Tijuana. Emma is also a mentor in “Founder Institute Mexico” and “SW Mega Americas”. Emma is currently the Director of AVM in Northwest Mexico and Southern California focused in Linking Mexico’s entrepreneurial scene internationally trough workshops, networking, collaboration and investment.
