Anthony Abia is a corporate and commercial lawyer with focus on Startups, Technology and Finance.
He has garnered a wealth of experience from acting for and advising Startups, Founders and investors in commercial transactions, investment related contracts, technology disputes and Company structures. His dept of understanding of the Startup and Technology law space is unmatched and he continues to help startups and founders across Nigeria in their quest to build a company devoid of poor legal frameworks.
He is currently the Lead Partner at The Unicorn Law and General Counsel at Jollof Science Inc.
