A fireside chat with Ugochukwu Aronu, a software engineer, themed; 'MENTORSHIP; The most needed salve for startups' success in Nigeria'
A fireside chat that is themed, "MENTORSHIP; The most needed salve for startups' success in Nigeria", hosting Ugochukwu Aronu, a software developer who founded a number of IT brands such as; Xend, Wicrypt, Ógwugo, Ugarsoft. This discourse tends to reposition the minds of entrepreneurs working in the Nigerian environment, majority of whom have a microscopic view of MENTORSHIP and the key it holds towards unlocking their full potentials and its potency in increasing their chances to success. This is in contrast to their persetion of " lack of capital" as the major challenge, which truly is of serious concern howbeit, mentorship plays a role that tends to direct them towards surmounting every challenge including the need for adequate capital.
