Ivonne Arold is COO & Head of Funding of Peermatch, a Fintech company headquartered in Amsterdam with a daughter company in Frankfurt. Peermatch B.V. - founded in 2014 - comprises a team of highly profiled financial and ICT specialists. 

Peermatch wants to disrupt the mortgage lending industry with its Mortgage Lending App. Ivonne joined Peermatch in 2015 to build its funding platform - challenging established mortgage banking.

Before joining the Fintech industry, Ivonne spent more than 20 years in different management and sales roles in the capital markets divisions of international investment banks. Between 2005 and 2015 Ivonne worked as Managing Director for Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank Frankfurt, where she was part of the management team. Before working as senior banker for German FIs she was for eight years responsible as Head of Capital Markets for CA CIB Germany for the business with institutional investors, multi national corporates and banks in all fixed income products. Previously, Ivonne worked for more than ten years at Dresdner Kleinwort and two years at DZ Bank.

Ivonne holds a Master in economics from the University of Trier.
