Matthias Kramer is co-founder of the Frankfurt based startup Lizza. Lizza invented a low carb, glutenfree and low calory pizza with special seeds and ingredients. Matthias who originally hails from the black forest, did not just escape the crib and became a food entrepreneur right away. Prior to Lizza, he studied and graduated in computer sciences. He played poker to pay for his studies and founded an online poker school. He worked in the banking industry and quit his job to start his own business. The food enthusiast says he has never consumed a drop of coffee and still is full of energy. Originally, he and his co-founder Marc wanted to develop an app and ended up with founding the low carb pizza startup. Lizza was on TV at “Die Höhle der Löwen” and since their start in 2016, they built a team of 26 people and grew online and retail sales tremendously to already operate profitably. Matthias will talk about his experinces as young sucessful entrepreneur in the food and health industry and share his visions with the audience.
