• Shanthi Rajaram, the founding CEO and President of Amazech Solutions, will share her journey from completing her Engineering degree in India to her Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
• She will discuss her experience starting her technology career with a reputed, global consulting firm based out of India, consulting as a Developer & Analyst for several years, and then going on to gain valuable experience with a startup in the Silicon Valley.
• After more than a decade of working for others, she fulfilled her calling to start something on her own by founding Amazech Solutions, LLC in 2007, and how the company did well by building its client-base organically.

• As the CEO of Amazech, Shanthi has ably steered the organization through various stages of growth, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor/partner to clients.
