Token funding for startups 1:00 to 2:00
Token funding for startups refers to an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) as a means of startup fundraising that uses blockchain technologies to offer investors the opportunity to invest in a digital currency (cryptocurrency) in exchange for Bitcoin. Many Startups are launching ICOs as a mean to bypass the traditional capital-raising process and the costs associated with funding a startup through more traditional means such as venture capital or banks. Are ICOs the future of startup fundraising or another crypto-scam? There are still many questions left to be answered. Sam Abbassi, CEO of Bushido Labs and leading local cryptocurrency expert, will inform us by conducting our Token Funding introductory workshop.

Digital Marketing for Startups 2:00 to 3:00
Building traction quickly is the make or break factor that determines your ability to scale efficiently and attract funding. While growth hacking is great for growth spikes, there's no better tool for consistent growth than well designed digital marketing campaigns. Get the lowdown on the fast changing digital marketing landscape for 2019 and a clear understanding of how the different platforms are best applied. Join Dan Grech, lead instructor and founder of BizHack Academy, in this instructive workshop.

Business Model Canvas for Startups 3:00 to 4:00
A business model canvas is a business planning tool that allows you to evaluate key elements of your business on one page – activities, customers, suppliers, sales channels, revenue streams. This interactive workshop is designed to help you define your future business model for that gestating idea you've been mulling over for the past few months or refine your current existing canvas. Terence Bentley, Director of training and certification for The Venture Mentoring Team and entrepreneur education expert, will conduct the BMC workshop.

Startup Crawl: 4:00 to 7:00
Fort Lauderdale offers a growing number of great facilities and resources to help local entrepreneurs launch and scale their startups. We are touring several downtown Fort Lauderdale co-working spaces to offer you an opportunity to get to know the different accelerator, incubator and spaces in the area. Special offers and refreshments will be available at the facilities. Shuttle service: participants must physically register at the Innovation Hub to ride the shuttle.

Pitch MasterClass: Pitch. Persuade. And Profit.: 7:00 to 7:30
You've created the perfect deck, you practiced your pitch for months. Today is the big day. You get on stage. It's Showtime! No it's Shutdown Time! What happened? It's one thing to know your deck. It's another to deliver the goods like a pro! Prior to our panel, we are launching our first interactive workshop where you will work directly with a leading expert in influence, persuasion, and entrepreneurship. Charles Schwartz will be teaching the same proven skills that helped him retire at 36, become a millionaire at 37, and be invited to lecture at Yale at 38.

Women in Entrepreneurship Panel 7:30 to 8:30
We're bringing the Broward community together to inspire future female entrepreneurs, innovative thinkers and potential investors by putting together a panel of women who are successful entrepreneurs, experienced investors, community development leaders, or corporate partners who support entrepreneurship.

Sparkups™ Speed Networking @ Good Spirits: 8:30 to 9:30.
The event is exactly like it sounds, an easy way to network and meet people in your community who may be able to help you crowdsource solutions to questions or problems, connect you to resources and to provide support along your entrepreneurial journey. Expand your network, recruit potential collaborators and meet like minded disrupters. Free cocktails and expanded happy hour food and liquor.
