Ms Daniels became the local representative for CSR Computers in Guyana in 1992. CSR computers delivers all types of enterprise IT services such as data storage solutions, mission critical implementations, networking services and maintenance to all customers.
Startup Grind Georgetown Guyana will be hosting a second fireside chat and networking forum on Wednesday April 26, 2017 at WeOwn Space from 18:30 HRS. This time around, the much talked about event will feature a female entrepreneur in the field of ICT in Guyana – Ms. Norma Ann Daniels – Owner and Manager of CSR Computers Guyana. The event will be held at a time when the world will be gearing up to rally around Girls in ICT. This year, Girls in ICT Day will be observed on Thursday April 27 under the theme “Expanding horizons, changing minds.” During this upcoming Fireside Chat, the local chapter Director Hilary Benjamin-Byer will engage Ms. Daniels on the world of opportunities in the field of ICT for girls and women alike, even as she shares her life story. This event comes one month after Startup Grind Georgetown Guyana successfully hosted its inaugural event, which was attended by Guyana’s Minister of Public Telecommunication Cathy Hughes along with some of the leading entrepreneurs in the country.
