Paul joined Gibraltar Finance in February 2013 and is tasked with growing the private client proposition which includes tax residence schemes, trust and company management, banking, electronic money and DLT regulation.

Malcolm Palle is Chairman and co-founder of Coinsilium Group, the NEX Exchange listed blockchain Investor, Advisor and Venture builder. He is a multi-disciplined entrepreneur and early technology adopter with 25 years start-up experience and a background in the Mobile Communications and Travel Industries.

Since 2007 Malcolm has been an active investor in the mining and exploration sector with a bias towards precious metals; it was this bias that led him towards bitcoin and the nascent blockchain industry in 2013.

Malcolm is currently leading Coinsilium’s latest project, TerraStream, which will initially focus on developing a tokenized model to deliver alternative project funding solution for the mining and exploration industry. Malcolm is also the co-founder of well-established investor communications brand MiningMaven.

Coinsilium is a venture builder, investor and accelerator supporting early-stage blockchain technology companies and the digital token economy. Blockchain technology is now labelled a ‘foundational technology’ and new blockchain protocols are emerging with features and applications far beyond the initial vision of digital currencies for payment purposes. As the growth in digital asset offerings gathers pace, smart contracts and ‘Tokenization’ models are set to play a key role in the development of this market and Coinsilium has partnered with some of the leaders in this sector.
