Mihai Ivascu is the CEO and Co-founder of Modex, a partner at Nemesis CyberOne and the Chairman of dotLumen - Empowering the Blind. From Blockchain and cyber security, to the developing of technology that helps the blind live a better life, Mihai is undoubtedly a man who wears several hats. He is the 2021 “EY Emerging Entrepreneur of The Year in Technology” winner, has been chosen as the “Best Young Managers in the Tech Industry” on several occasions and is part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 community. Mihai holds an MBA in Innovation Management and has graduated from several executive training programs from Harvard, MIT, Stanford University, and Silicon Valley Innovation Centre.

Anthony Provasoli, is a Partner at Hassans International Law Firm Limited and heads the DLT and FinTech team. He has played a big part in developing Gibraltar’s DLT and Virtual Asset regulatory framework and advises numerous multi-national organisations in the Crypto and broader FinTech sector. Anthony is also currently co-chair of the Gibraltar Association for New Technologies (GANT).

Mihai and Anthony together with the Modex team have worked together closely for quite a few years now since they first visited Gibraltar in 2017 as they have developed their service offering during this time.
