Angelique Pearson is the Founder of SRG Europe with its HQ in Gibraltar for 13 years. She provides recruitment services to Gibraltar, Spain, Malta and the UK.
Combining an extensive finance background upon qualifying CIMA with an LLB and now 19 years recruitment experience, she specialises in sourcing talented finance professionals to a Finance Director level, Insurance and Compliance experts and Office support staff including Executive level PAs.
Tereza Patience is an executive level legal professional with both broad and specialist experience in areas of commercial, regulatory and European / international law. She has worked in private practice, in-house and as a consultant for a diverse range of corporate clients both within Europe and further afield.
Coming to Gibraltar in 2018, Tereza has co-founded two local businesses: Dolya Consulting, a consultancy focused on clients in regulated markets, and idclear, a highly innovative market infrastructure for financial crime risk management and customer due diligence. She is especially passionate about innovative, problem solving projects that drive efficiencies, inclusion and sustainability.
Hannah Lopez is an Associate in the Financial Services Department of Hassans International Law Firm Ltd, with experience in all legal matters relating to the FinTech arena.
She is specialising in financial services legal and regulatory matters relating to Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Providers, E-Money Institutions and Payment Service Providers, and their respective licensing regimes. Hannah advises on cryptocurrency and blockchain related matters and is involved in advising clients undertaking token sales from Gibraltar.
Hannah also advises on the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID II) and on cross-border regulatory implications and she is developing experience and expertise in banking regulatory matters.
