Brian McGuire is the managing director of the Visioncall Group, a home eye care and hearing service for those unable to attend high street stores due to physical or mental disability.  Brian qualified as an optometrist in 1990 and founded a mobile optician start up company, Community Eyecare, in 2001.  He went on to purchase a competitor, Visioncall, in 2005.  The Group now serves over 120,000 patients per annum and achieves an annual turnover of £13m.  Brian was also a co-founder of Entrepreneurial Spark in 2011, the UK’s first free start-up accelerator.
