Doug Morwood is the UK Partner of Business Models Inc. , the producer of the hugely popular strategy design book, “Business Model Generation” and co-founder of Rothko Innovation Spaces. Having started his first business at 21, having fun in the music industry, Doug moved into various traditional business ventures before finding a way to bring creativity, innovation and design thinking to the heart of organisations. He works with leaders and change agents to unlock the potential of value-creating networks in people, businesses, organisations, eco-systems and society. Doug is an entrepreneur, investor and passionate innovator whose purpose is to connect and collaborate. Intentional about catalyzing and aligning the release of value for both social and economic impact, Doug challenges current bureaucracies to explore transformational change. His most recent work has focused on helping various international organisations envision and create new growth, manage transformation, and achieve clarity through business model innovation. Doug relishes the challenge of working with individuals and organisations with appetite to realise their true potential producing tangible returns on investment. Doug is determined to bring humanity back into business, which is why he co-founded Rothko Innovation Spaces, an innovation design consultancy passionate about “designing beautiful organisations”, where people want to be. Business Models Inc. is an international and design company that helps corporates and startups innovate their business model and design a strategy for the future through co-creation and visualisation.
