GILMOUR SPACE is a venture-backed Australian rocket company developing new capabilities for launching small satellites to space. Founded by brothers James and Adam Gilmour in 2013, this Queensland-based startup is now one of Australia's leading space companies pioneering new and innovative hybrid propulsion technologies that will offer lower cost access to space. Over the last 12 years, Dren has built communities of entrepreneurs. He has developed and implemented activities to support companies grow and scale. He has created and executed hundreds of acceleration programs, and learning-networking event. Dren has managed large impact projects nurturing and guiding the entrepreneurship ecosystem. He mentors and coach both startups and established businesses. Dren has worked and facilitated activities for entrepreneurs in 15 countries worldwide.
Dren has a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA in general management. He is the Program Manager at Cohort Innovation Space - a health and technology launchpad and incubator in Australia's Gold Coast. Dren is also an international business development consultant for an outsourcing software development firm. Dren is the Startup Grind Gold Coast Chapter Director.

As the General Manager of CoSpaces, Ariana oversees Cohort Innovation Space in the Gold Coast’s $5 billion Health & Knowledge Precinct, working alongside State Government and the precinct partners with the Cohort team to manage and deliver all aspects of facilities management, community management, communications, marketing, public relations, events, partnerships and program initiatives for the 2500m2 innovation space.
As an active participant in community debate, Ariana is passionate about the activation and direction of Southport and its surrounds. Ariana sits on the Executive Board of the Southport Chamber of Commerce, is a mentor for the Global Shapers Gold Coast hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and is a Griffith University Alumni.
