Ole Sauar was only 17 years old when he started his first company, Viking Computers which was later merged with Komplett Group. Ole became CEO in Sweden and Denmark, with the company vision of being the leading e-commerce company in Europe. After 12 years of business, being a part in the journey of growing Komplett to 400 employees and 4 billion revenue Ole decided to leave Komplett.

Ole started his second e-commerce journey in 2010, Jollyroom Group, with the business idea of selling strollers, toys, interior and other children related products to customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. By the end of 2016 Jollyroom had a revenue of around 660 MSEK and for 2017 the goal is to hit the 1 billion target.

Ole will share his best practices of his 20-years long e-commerce journey. He will talk about what you should think of when establishing an e-commerce and how to avoid failing.
