Staffan Truvé is Chief Technology Officer and one of the founders of rapidly growing Recorded Future with over 200 employees. Recorded Future is an internet technology company founded in 2009, based in Somerville, Massachusetts and Gothenburg, specializing in real-time threat intelligence. Recorded Future automatically organizes open web, dark web and technical sources for analysis so information security teams can stay ahead of cyberattacks.

Staffan has spent the last 20 years in the border between research and industry, focusing on creating new companies based on research results. In total he has been involved and started more than ten research based companies.

Staffan has an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers, a Bachelor of Economics degree from Gothenburg University, a PhD in computer science from Chalmers, and has been a Fulbright Scholar at MIT. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering.
