Fabrizio currently leads the regional IT organization of The Estee Lauder Companies in Asia Pacific. In this role, Fabrizio is responsible for delivering technology solutions to support day-to-day business operations in an increasingly connected, consumer-facing environment. He also works closely with business partners to help them win through technology and innovation.
The Estee Lauder Companies has a presence in 17 markets in Asia Pacific and a team that is 11,000 employees strong. In the past 20 years, the company has opened offices in 12 countries in the region and now reaches more than 30,000,000 consumers each year.
During his 25-year career, Fabrizio has worked and lived in three continents and seven countries where he’s gained perspective from many cultures, industries, distribution channels, and business models. Fabrizio also possesses a solid understanding of the manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes, and dynamics of the business, as well as strong retail experience in the fashion and luxury categories.
