Michael Lewrick is an internationally renowned thought leader on Design Thinking, who is known for his hands-on approach that provides practical instruments and frameworks for driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth in the complex world of networked organizations.
Michael is the author of an international bestseller series that includes The Design Thinking Playbook (2018), The Design Thinking Toolbox (2020), and Design Thinking for Business Growth (2022), which have been translated in multiple languages.
He works intensively with universities and companies and places the self-efficacy of people in personal and organizational change projects at the center of his activities.
Prior to establishing his own advisory practice, he served as Chief Innovation Officer at the Telecom provider Swisscom and as Head of Innovation Labs Deloitte. He shaped the Design Thinking and Business Ecosystem Design paradigm at Stanford University’s Design School. He also serves as a Senior Expert with the Center for the Future of Organization at Drucker School of Management, Los Angeles.
