Mira joint the Merck China since 2013 in the healthcare business. She worked for the executive offices for Biopharma China and Biopharma APAC, Mira had rich experience on managing executive engagement and corporate strategic projects. Mira has also an intrapreneurial experience with Merck APAC goes digital initiative in 2016. Now Mira is managing the Accelerator Program in China and internal ideations in the China Innovation Hub based in Shanghai. Mira got her bachelor degree from University of Hull, UK, master degree from Tsinghua University and Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Hong joint the Innovation Center of Merck as an MBA fellow of the Collége des Ingeniéurs in 2016. Since then he supported the development of the external activities including the Accelerator and Hackathons. He focuses now on managing the Accelerator Program with its major objective to find the right collaboration partner for Merck. Furthermore, he is involved in setting up the Merck China Accelerator in Shanghai. Hong holds a double degree MSc. in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and Tsinghua University.

Alex is a member of Merck China, focusing on innovation strategy and digitalization initiatives under Strategy & Transformation. He is also guiding digital efforts of China Innovation Hub. Advancing product & service innovation and digitalization from a corporate competitive advantage perspective through to commercialization with customer value in mind, Alex is enthusiastic about innovation mindset cultivation internally and with communities.
Alex is experienced in strategic planning, corporate practices, and digital product & service development across industries. As a product owner of a caregiver business venture, he has been keeping abreast of start-up ecosystem development. Alex earned his MBA from HKUST Business School and Bachelor Computer Engineering from UNSW Australia.
Previously served as Business Advisory for E-Commerce company such as Groupon Malaysia, Living Social Malaysia, Lazada Malaysia, Hulala, Dealmates etc
Passionate with E-Commerce, has up to 8 years background in communications, project management, strategic planning and business development which provides his client with unique advantages. He helped several start-ups increase sales and company worth up to 10mil.
Experienced in E-Commerce, IP Exchange and facilitated up to 3 Tech Start-ups for commercialisation in China.
