At each of our events, the number one problem among local grinders is trying to find a technical partner or development team. So for this month's event, we're bringing together the entreprenuerial spirit of StartupGrind with the technical power of Guangzhou's vibrant tech community: Techparty.org. Techparty.org was founded by LAI Yonghao in 2009 as a way to share programming techniques with his friends at other companies. What started as a few guys getting together has turned into an exciting monthly meetup of the city's best and brightest. We'll talk to the group's founder, LAI Yonghao, now a founder and CEO of his own firm, and with the group's chairman LU Wenjie, CEO and founder of Ganguo Mobile. Over the last 6 years, they've done an incredible job building a true community of passionate developers. At the same time, they have both grown their careers as programmers to lead their own companies. Join us to learn how to talk to developers, how to find a technical co-founder, and what you should look for in a team of programmers. LAI Yonghao spent 10 years working on games, web games, then general web applications.
