为了塑造食物的未来，“Bits x Bites”是向中国创业界提出新思路解决全球问题的一大进步。它也是使初创企业有信心和联系繁荣的重要催化剂，并产生有意义和可扩展的影响。 Bits x Bites在其第一个队列中投资了一家蚕食食品创业公司，一家可饮用的沙拉CPG产品和一家室内养殖技术公司。
Joseph在公司银行，投资银行和私募股权方面拥有12年的经验，在一级市场上为其投资公司筹集了超过1.2亿美元。
他决定进入食品行业是由一个明确的动机所驱动的：为了未来的美食而奋斗，以便他的小儿子长大，拥有大量的安全和营养的食物选择。
在Bits x Bites之前，Joseph和另外两名合伙人曾运营过Fusi资本，他们自己花了5000万美元来投资中国的国际教育部门。
同时Joseph拥有芝加哥大学商学院工商管理硕士学位。
