Pre-Hirely, Jess was as an Associate Director of Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs, specializing in the Asian tech industry and was part of multiple IPO sales force, including Alibaba and SINA Weibo. She is an advocate of #WomenInTech and #DiversityInTech movements.
