The Productivity Paradox: Rethinking Time, Performance, and Results in a New Era of Work

How Anne Rayner Uses Time Constraints and the Productivity Bargain to Unlock Sustainable High Performance

In today’s new era of work, leaders are grappling with a fundamental contradiction: how to deliver better results with fewer resources - without burning out the talent they rely on. The problem isn’t effort. It’s design.

We’re proud to welcome Anne Rayner, Founder of Productivity Bargain, to this Startup Grind Hong Kong & Zurich joint event.

Drawing on 25 years as a senior leader across APAC, Anne brings a commercially grounded, human-centred approach to productivity - one that challenges outdated assumptions about time, effort, and performance.

Anne will share how the constraint of time, combined with a Productivity Bargain, can unlock focus, creativity, and bottom-up problem solving — helping leaders redesign work to achieve sustainable high performance.

📅 Date:
Thursday, 26 February
⏰ Time: 3:00 pm HKT / 8:00 am CET / 6:00 pm AEDT
📍 Location: Online (Virtual Event)
