It caters to the management needs of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) with solutions to cater to the Franchisors, Educators and the Parents. Kriyo was founded with a vision to bring the whole ecosystem of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) online and be a major player operating in the Industry. Today, Kriyo has users from India, US and 90 other countries and rapidly growing. At Kriyo, she has donned a variety of roles starting from market research, UI/UX design, Sales & Operations and Customer Experience. As an Operations Manager for Amazon India launch team, managed large team successfully, established new processes end to end to improve customer experience and reduce customer contact rate. A passionate customer advocate who built and streamlined processes to improve customer's shopping experience and optimized traffic channels. conceptualised and customised new products/programs to tap into target customer segments.
