Pitch to a group of angel investors! 

Winners get a private virtual coffee meeting with one of our judges and the opportunity to represent OC in Startup Grind's Inaugural Global Pitch Competition!!

Criteria:

You must be to be an early-stage company based in Southern California (We consider Southern California to be made of the following counties: Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego.)

Your company must be less than 5 years old.

Your company has raised less than $1 million USD in funding and not closed a "Series A" round of financing.

Please have your Youtube video link (public or viewable link) ready to go no later than Wednesday, August 19, 10PM Pacific Standard Time. The pitch has to be 90 seconds or less (we will count this!). Startups advancing to pitch to the investors will be notified by Friday, August 21st 6PM. For questions or concerns please email jessica@startupgrind.com

The pitch must include the following items (we will count this):

1. Introduce team members presenting and your ask (funding amount).

2. Define the problem and explain why your audience should care.

3. Explain your solution. How is your product/service going to create a solution?

4. Company traction

5. Relevant experience to back up your business
