Catherine is currently a senior project leader in the Science & Technology Strategy Office at The Aerospace Corporation. For more than 10 years, she has worked to support concept development and technology maturation activities. Catherine's primary focus is on CubeSat and small sat mission capabilities and technology advancements to support the interests of the corporation’s major government customers in developing and prototyping future space systems. Catherine received her bachelor’s degree in physics from Loyola Marymount University, and her master’s degree in physics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Ladan is the CEO and Founder of Beeya. Prior to founding Beeya, she worked in the entertainment industry pursuing her career as an on camera host and was also the Founder and President of Excelerate Test Prep. She currently sits on the board of The American Heart Association and has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year, Innovator of the Year, and Women in Business.
Rachel has a Bachelor’s in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University in the UK and has worked in the Orange County tech scene for the last six years. After two years of agency recruiting for technical roles she joined the Vincit team to oversee recruitment and people operations for their US Headquarters. Currently she is also on the board for the non-profit Coded in OC, a community initiative that is focused on boosting the local economy by attracting and retaining local technical talent to further drive Orange County as an established tech market.
